Refund & Returns Policy

Please contact us at info@themamajuanastore.com for any product returns.  We need to provide a return authorization number as well as the proper return address.  Once we receive the product we will refund the customer via the original form of payment used or with a store credit. 

We accept return request only within 30 days of you receiving your order. Because we sell a consumable product your item must be unopened, meaning that the safety seal must be intact.
